Are the sites shaded or open?

We have a combination of shaded/treed and open campsites in the park.

What method of payment is available?

We accept Electronic-transfer and cash payments . We do not accept Credit Cards at this time.

How far is it to the Big Nickle and Science North?

Popular Sudbury attractions are a short 20 minute drive away.

Are pets allowed in the park?

Only people friendly pets are allowed in the park. All pets must be leashed/caged and cleaned up after at all times. Pets are not permitted in the sandy beach area.

Is there group camping?

Yes. We have group camping available. We have hosted various types of groups. Please Contact Us for more information.

Are campfires allowed?

Small, supervised campfires are allowed. They must be contained in the provided fire ring. Fires must be extinguished by 12:00 am (midnight).

Can we bring our own firewood?

Outside firewood is strickly forbidden. Firewood is available for purchase from the office for $12.00 per bundle.

Are personal canoes and/or kayaks allowed?

Yes, we have easy shore access for you to launch your canoe or kayak to enjoy a few hours on the lake.
